Alkynes Co., Ltd's Response to Conflict Minerals

Alkynes Co., Ltd is committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility by not purchasing or using materials that include conflict minerals. We plan to continuously promote our policy against conflict minerals through education and outreach to our partners.

※ In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Sudan, and other conflict-affected countries in Africa, human rights violations and environmental destruction occur during the mining of industrial minerals, with the proceeds from sales being used to purchase weapons. In response, the United States has published detailed regulations regarding conflict minerals, and the EU is currently in the process of legislating conflict mineral regulations.

Alkynes Co., Ltd will not use the four major minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold) mined from conflict-affected areas in response to these international requirements.
